Training lessons are
held in 1 hour or 30-minute time blocks unless otherwise noted.
All costs shown cover gym rental and equipment.
Personal
Training
One-on-One training lesson. Focus on individual skill development,
motivation, and instruction.
Cost:
1 hr.: $85/person
30 minutes (QuickTrain): $45/person.
Junior Clubs Training
Designed
for training Junior Clubs members at their practice facility.
Depending on location and drive time, the major benefit is a cost
reduction for club athletes.
Cost: (at Jr. Club practice facility):1 hr: $50/person; 30
min.: $30/person
Partner Training
Designed for 2 athletes training together. This system helps to remove
some anxiety of first-time training.
Works well if partners are generally of the same playing caliber and
wanting to focus on the same skills.
Creative partner training can also be arranged, such as a setter working
with a hitter, libero/DS working
off a hitter, or any partner combinations thereof. Contact RKV to
discuss training possibilities.
Cost:
1 hr.: $50/person 30 minutes: $30/person
Semi-Private Training
Designed for
a small group of 3-5 athletes training together. This system offers a
variety of benefits
including team oriented motivation, social interaction, healthy
competitive challenges, and increased well-being
associated with reaching goals together. Works well for teammates or
any small group working towards skills improvement.
Cost:
3 athletes - $35/person/hr.
4 athletes - $30/person/hr.
5 athletes - $25/person/hr.
Team / Group
Training
Designed
for a group of 6 or more athletes. Benefits include those listed under
semi-private training above.

Camps &
Clinics
RKV will
host specialized camps and clinics periodically. Promotional material
will be forthcoming.

Training Video
RKV can
provide assistance to athletes to prepare training videos for college
recruitment or other athlete promotional purposes.

Off-Site Training
RKV can
provide off-site training at another facility of your choosing for any
of the above programs, including out-of-state training.

Special Events
RKV is
available to participate in special events for your organization such
as: fundraisers, helping at a team camp, corporate related
volleyball activities, charitable events, school sport assemblies,
working with parks & recreation groups to run or sponsor volleyball
events, and more.
